Welcome to Vastraa! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Vastraa mobile application ("App") and related services. By accessing or using Vastraa, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Vastraa app, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our App.

2. Description of Service

Vastraa is a digital wardrobe management and fashion styling application that allows users to:

• Organize and catalog their clothing items
• Create and save outfit combinations
• Get AI-powered outfit recommendations
• Manage their fashion inventory digitally
• Access styling ideas and fashion inspiration

3. Account Registration

3.1 Account Creation

• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must be at least 13 years old to use this App (or 16 in certain jurisdictions)
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

3.2 Account Security

• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• You are solely responsible for keeping your password secure
• We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security

4. User Content

4.1 Your Content

You retain all ownership rights to the content you upload to Vastraa, including photos of clothing items. However, by uploading content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services.

4.2 Content Standards

You agree not to upload content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or offensive
• Violates intellectual property rights of others
• Contains viruses or malicious code
• Impersonates any person or entity
• Violates privacy rights of others

4.3 Content Removal

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable, without prior notice.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

5.1 Our Rights

The Vastraa app, including all software, designs, text, graphics, logos, and other content (excluding user-generated content), is owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

5.3 Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App or its content
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
• Use the App for any commercial purpose without our written consent

6. AI-Powered Features

Vastraa uses artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies to provide outfit recommendations and styling suggestions. These recommendations are generated algorithmically and should be considered as suggestions only. We do not guarantee the accuracy or suitability of AI-generated recommendations.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the App or servers
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the App
• Collect or harvest user information without consent
• Transmit spam, malware, or other harmful code
• Impersonate any person or entity

8. Third-Party Services

The App may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party sites. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.

9. Payment and Subscriptions

9.1 Free and Premium Features

Vastraa may offer both free and premium features. Premium features may require a subscription or one-time payment.

9.2 Billing

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis

• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law

9.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's app store settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Vastraa and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the App
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another person or entity
• Your content uploaded to the App

14. Modifications to the App

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue the App at any time, with or without notice
• Add or remove features
• Impose limits on certain features
• Restrict access to parts or all of the App

15. Termination

15.1 By You

You may terminate your account at any time by using the "Delete Account" feature in the App or contacting us directly.

15.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if:

• You breach these Terms
• We are required to do so by law
• We discontinue the App
• Your account has been inactive for an extended period

15.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

• Your right to use the App ceases immediately
• We may delete your account and content
• You remain liable for any obligations incurred before termination
