Delete Your Account

⚠️ Important Notice
Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data will be permanently removed from our servers.
What Gets Deleted
When you delete your account, the following information will be permanently removed:
- Your profile information and settings
- All wardrobe items and outfit collections
- Saved preferences and personalization data
- Purchase history and transaction records
- All photos and media uploaded to your account
How to Delete Your Account
To request account deletion, please follow these steps:
Option 1: In-App Deletion
- Open the Vastraa app on your device
- Go to Settings > Account
- Scroll down and tap "Delete Account"
- Confirm your decision and enter your password
- Tap "Permanently Delete"
Option 2: Email Request
Send an email to support@vastraa.com with:
- Subject line: "Account Deletion Request"
- Your registered email address
- Your username or user ID (if known)
- Confirmation that you want to permanently delete your account
We will process your request within 7-10 business days and send you a confirmation email.
Before You Delete
Consider these alternatives before permanently deleting your account:
- Take a Break: You can temporarily deactivate your account instead
- Privacy Settings: Review and adjust your privacy settings if you have concerns about data
- Export Data: Download your data before deletion (available in Settings > Data & Privacy)
Data Retention
After account deletion:
- Most data is deleted immediately
- Some data may be retained for up to 30 days in backup systems
- Legal and compliance records may be retained as required by law
- Anonymized analytics data may be retained for service improvement
